This is because we believe that great experiences should not be a heavy burden on the planet. Our Navrátil cup is a reusable cup in the truest sense of the word! No deposit, no fancy graphics, no reason to take it home. The goal is to return it to the right place and let it continue serving!
And there’s something extra! For each cup returned, we will contribute CZK 0.50 to a good cause!

You will always be served a drink in a Navrátil reusable cup.

Return the cup to the green box after use.
- Don’t throw it in the bin for plastic waste!
- Don’t take it home!
The cup is washed and checked after an event.
- The cups are washed in professional washing centres near Prague.
If you put it back where it’s supposed to be, you’ll be helping.
- For each cup returned, we’ll contribute CZK 0.50 to the O2 Foundation to support the digital health and safety of our children.

Why did we decide to introduce reusable cups in this way?
- We generate 12 tons of single-use plastics per year at the O2 arena. The introduction of reusable cups will get us to zero.
- One Navrátil cup replaces more than a thousand single-use cups (it is durable and almost immortal – it is simply a superhero among cups!)
- If you return the Navrátil cup to the correct collection box, together we will support a good cause! Each 1 cup returned = CZK 0.50 for the O2 Foundation.
- We don’t want the cups to be taken out of the O2 arena and create unnecessary waste in your homes. Our goal is to keep the cup in the O2 arena and have it serve its purpose as long as possible.
Where to return the cup?
Green collection boxes can be found pretty much everywhere and in all places throughout the O2 arena.
What happens to a cup after an event?
All returned cups are:
- sent to a professional washing centre
- washed with demineralized water with Ecolab products at 90 °C
- checked (damaged cups are removed from circulation)
- returned to the O2 arena and O2 universum again
- ready at stands and bars for further use
If a cup is damaged, it is recycled and continues to serve.
The whole process is fully circular. Even a damaged cup can be recycled and its material can be used to make a shipping box, for example.

We have joined forces with the O2 Foundation
We donate funds from each correctly returned cup to the O2 Smart School educational programme.
It helps children, parents and teachers learn how to navigate safely in the online environment – how to identify fraud and risky behaviour, detect misinformation and care for their digital health. Thanks to this cooperation, the O2 arena is not only a place to enjoy experiences, but also a place that provides help – for the greater safety of our children in the digital world.
The more cups are returned to the right green box, the more funding we can give to the O2 Foundation. Through this collaboration, we are turning a simple environmental gesture into a specific investment in our children’s future.

- What if I take the cup home?
That would be a shame. You wouldn’t be contributing to a good cause and the cup would fall out of circulation. - Why don’t I pay a deposit for the cup?
We want to make returns as easy as possible – no red tape, no waiting. And we trust you to understand its mission and return it. - Can I put the cup in a yellow container?
No! Navrátil belongs solely in the green box, which is clearly marked. - How do I know where to return it?
Look for the green boxes marked with an image of the Navrátil cup in the corridors, by the stands, by the toilets and, of course, by the exit. - Is a reusable cup used for all kinds of drinks?
All cold drinks are always and only in reusable cups. - For each cup returned correctly, we donate CZK 0.50 to a good cause. What kind of good cause?
